style, product type, budget, and, most importantly, will make you the most money.<\/p>\n<p>Think about these questions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0How will your product be delivered to your customers?\u00a0 Do you have factory, company-owned, independent, or order lead times distribution channels?<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Who will sell your product&#8211;your own salespeople, dealers, distributors, or jobbers?<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Have you made any formal arrangements with distributors?<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0When will distributors start selling for you, and what areas will they cover?<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0What are you offering distributors in the way of compensation or incentives?<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0What margins will you give your retailers, wholesalers, and salespeople, and how to these compare to your competition?<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Do you have any special policies such as discounts or exclusive distribution rights?<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Can you use ready-made manufacturers&#8217;
