Executive Summary – Your product

  •  What are you selling?
  •  How is it different from any other product on the market–pricing, quality, speed?
  •  In what ways is your product better than the others?  How is it worse?
  •  How far along are you in development–haven’t started, mid-stream, or near completion?  Include details of your product’s developmental milestones.  For example, “So far we have made one hundred Cuddles Teddy Bears, and have started working on Momma, Dadda, and Baby Cuddles.”
  •  What are your plans for expansion?
